Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist daily clerical/administrative work and work closely with internal departments for the administrative issues
  • Handle telephone enquiries and provide front desk service when needed
  • Handle office documentation, update staff leave and attendence records etc
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and initiative
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Including Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Require to shift duty and 8 days Day Off per month
