We are now seeking high caliber candidates to join our dynamic teams:<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row curly_padding=&#8221;content-padding-xs&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Members<\/span><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u2019<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\">Affairs <\/span>Assistant<\/h5>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row curly_padding=&#8221;content-padding-none&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivers quality front desk services, including answering enquiries, diverting incoming calls, greeting visitors, handling applications;<\/li>\n<li>Provides general clerical\/ administrative supports, such as inputting and scanning data, filing, preparing newsletters\/reports\/correspondences, printing and mailing;<\/li>\n<li>Provides support and coverage for team, interest courses, special events and ad hoc programs as assigned by supervisors<\/li>\n<li>Ensures compliance with company standards, policies and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Marketing or related disciplines<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years\u2019 experience in hospitality\/ marketing field is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Require to work in shift duty and 8 day off per month<\/li>\n<li>Able to handle multi-tasks and work independently under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Polite and cheerful, stable, proactive, detail-minded, good interpersonal and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Competency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing<\/li>\n<li>Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)<\/li>\n<li>Immediate available is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row curly_padding=&#8221;content-padding-xs&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Competitive remuneration packages will be offered to the right candidates.
