MembersAffairs Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers quality front desk services, including answering enquiries, diverting incoming calls, greeting visitors, handling applications;
  • Provides general clerical/ administrative supports, such as inputting and scanning data, filing, preparing newsletters/reports/correspondences, printing and mailing;
  • Provides support and coverage for team, interest courses, special events and ad hoc programs as assigned by supervisors
  • Ensures compliance with company standards, policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Marketing or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years’ experience in hospitality/ marketing field is preferred
  • Require to work in shift duty and 8 day off per month
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work independently under pressure
  • Polite and cheerful, stable, proactive, detail-minded, good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Immediate available is preferred
