※ When members use the Card Room and the Function Room of Banquet Hall, they are required to calculate the minimum charges separately for each time period.。
※ All purchases of food and beverage items from the Food & Beverage Department can be counted towards the minimum charges requirement.

Cancellation Policy

If a member needs to cancel a reservation, he/she must personally visit or call the Chinese Restaurant at least 48 hours before the event date. Additionally, the cancellation without having to pay a fee must be made before 11:00a.m.. Otherwise, the Club will impose a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the minimum charges per table.
