Badminton Court
Opening Hours: 7:00a.m.-11:00p.m.
Two badminton courts with Badminton World Federation approved PVC floor mat and air-conditioning are provided. The venue can be reserved for the group and private training.
Each player is required to be dressed in sportswear and wear non-marking rubber-soled sports shoes without heels.
Children Playroom
Opening Hours:
Monday–Friday (10:00a.m.-10:00p.m.)
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday (8:00a.m.–10:00p.m.)
It provides a safe place with fun for children.
Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when they are entering the room.
The Children Playroom is restricted to children under 10 years of age.
Exercise Room
Opening Hours: 7:00a.m.-11:00p.m.
Professional instructors are available for training of equipments, health food as well as food nutrition.
The Exercise Room is restricted to person over 14 years of age.
Golf Driving Range
Opening Hours: 7:00a.m.-11:00p.m.
Two driving range are provided. The venue can be reserved for the group and private training. Golf club is available for borrowing or player may bring his/her own club.
The practice area is restricted to person over 8 years of age.
Children under the age of 12 can only play under the supervision of a person over the age of 18 or the golf instructor.
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to invite guests into the practice area.
Indoor Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi
Opening Hours: 7:00a.m.-1:00p.m. and 2:00p.m.-11:00p.m.
The indoor swimming pool is a 20-meter heated pool.
Indoor jacuzzi is provided with constant temperature and hydro-jet service.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when they are entering the swimming pool.
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the Jacuzzi.
Outdoor Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi

The outdoor swimming pool is a 25-meter pool for elite training and competition. The group and private training are provided.
Outdoor jacuzzi is provided with hydro-jet service.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when they are entering the swimming pool.
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the jacuzzi.
Multi-Purpose Room
Opening Hours: 7:00a.m.-11:00p.m.
It is opened for recreational activities and training courses, e.g. dancing, yoga, taekwondo, thai-boxing and fencing. The room is also open for rental usage. The rental is a minimum of 2 hours and maximum capacity is 40 people.
For reservation, please contact the Recreation Department at least 7 days in advance for booking.
Mini Soccer Pitch
Opening Hours: 7:00a.m.-11:00p.m.
Mini Soccer Pitch equipped with rebound board system and designed for outdoor use. It consists with boards, goals and netting at both ends of the pitch.
(i) No more than 6 persons are allowed in the Soccer Pitch.
(ii) No soccer boots (rubber or aluminum spike) are allowed in the Soccer Pitch.
(iii) Player is required to be dressed in sportswear and wear non-marking rubber-soled shoes without heels.
(iv) No children under the age of 6 are allowed to play soccer, unless they are accompanied by an adult.
Sauna Room
Opening Hours: 7:00a.m.-11:00p.m.
The Sauna Room is situated in Male and the Female Changing Rooms at the Main Building.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to use the facility.
Snooker Room
Opening Hours: 7:00a.m.-11:00p.m.
Two English Billiard Tables are provided.

Person aged between 12 and 15 (both inclusive) may enter the Snooker Room only if accompanied by an adult and may use the Snooker Room of accompanied by an adult membership cardholder.

Squash Court
Opening Hours: 7:00a.m.-10:45p.m.
One Squash Court with air-conditioning and wooden flooring is provided. The venue can be reserved for the group and private training.
Each player is required to be dressed in sportswear and wear non-marking rubber-soled sports shoes without heels.
Steam Room
Opening Hours: 7:00a.m.-11:00p.m.
The Steam Room is situated in the Male and the Female Changing Rooms at the North Wing Building.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to use the facility.
Table Tennis Room
Opening Hours: 7:00a.m.-11:00p.m.
Three table tennis rooms with air-conditioning and vinyl flooring are provided. The venue can be reserved for the group and private training.
Each player is required to be dressed in sportswear and wear non-marking rubber-soled sports shoes without heels.
Tennis Court
Opening Hours: 7:00a.m. –11:00p.m.
Three hard surface courts are provided. The venue can be reserved for the group and private training.
