We are now seeking high caliber candidates to join our dynamic teams:

MembersAffairs Assistant


  • Provides quality front desk services to members and general clerical/administrative support to the department
  • Answers routine enquiries, and greets and directs visitors
  • Handles the tasks involving daily charges of the Club’s services
  • Assists in organizing interest courses, festival activities and ad hoc programs


  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • 1-2 years’ customer service experience in hospitality field is preferred
  • Require to shift duty and 8 days day off per month
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
  • Pleasant telephone manner and good customer service skills
  • Positive team player, proactive, detail-minded and good organizational skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Including Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
